Young’s role as Director of Design showcases his extensive knowledge of architecture blended with graphical representation and construction documentation. With LEED AP certification, Young has created an expertise in hospitality, sustainability, and architectural rendering.

Young came from South Korea after he received Master of Engineering in 2000 and continued his education at the University of Oklahoma for his Masters of Architecture degree. Joining the team in 2004, he quickly proved himself, making partner in just six years.

Young is a swim dad of four and volunteers as team photographer for his children’s swim teams. In his off hours, he also practices Kendo with his friends.
