Coinciding with their 25th anniversary, the Addison location of Dallas based restaurant, Bleu Mesa, is next door to their original location. CPY worked with the owners to create new branding to commemorate the occasion and the restaurant reflects that with a transitional style that blends traditional Mexican colors, forms and materials with modern lines and lighting. The final design incorporates a buffet serving line that wraps behind a bar with rebar liquor display, private gathering spaces, movable rough hewn wood slat screens and an outdoor patio with fire pits.
