• Collaboration with Studio 11 Design leading interiors while CPY provided architectural services

• Scope spilt over two phases: 136,500 sf guestroom tower and 38,300 sf public and conference space

• Renovation of 297 guestrooms and addition of 3 new suites

• Enclosed pool to create separate entry from parking and installed an overhead door to connect pool to patio

• Part of a larger development program to revitalize area
